Kimberly Sheffield, MS, MSW,

Registered Clinical Social Work Intern

Meet Kim

I’m a mental health therapist who helps teens, adults, and couples find clarity, regulation, and a deeper connection to themselves. My work blends somatic therapy, EFT/tapping, CBT, DBT, and Gottman-inspired relationship tools to support healing on both the emotional and nervous system level. I believe growth doesn’t require reliving old wounds, it starts with understanding your body’s cues, building safety from the inside out, and learning skills that feel practical and grounding in everyday life.

I hold a Master’s in Social Work with additional training in mind-body therapies and trauma-informed care. I approach every client with curiosity, compassion, and a whole-person perspective, recognizing how stress, relationships, habits, and past experiences shape the way we move through the world.

Beyond my practice, I am often spending time with my family, reading, or spending time at the beach. You’ll often find me at the local farmers’ market sourcing fresh, whole foods or exploring new ways to optimize health and well-being. Faith is an important part of my life, and I am always eager to learn, grow, and deepen my understanding of the mind-body connection.

Whether you are seeking steadiness, emotional clarity, or healthier relationship patterns, I would love to support you. Reach out when you are ready, I look forward to connecting.
