Welcome to Harbor Health Collective
At Harbor Health Collective, we help individuals and couples find their way back to themselves gently, steadily, and with a sense of hope. Many of the people who come here are healing from narcissistic abuse, recovering from toxic or emotionally confusing relationships, working through relationship communication issues, or seeking a more grounded sense of self during major life transitions.
Our work blends IFS, CBT/DBT, somatic therapy, EFT approaches, and mindful, body-based practices that support nervous system regulation and deep emotional clarity. Instead of focusing only on talking, we create space for your whole body to unwind, reset, and rebuild trust within yourself and in your relationships.
Whether you’re navigating narcissistic abuse recovery, hoping to strengthen your relationship through couples counseling, navigate co-parenting, or wanting to feel more rooted and steady as a woman moving through changing seasons of life, Harbor Health Collective offers a warm, calming place to land. A place where your story is honored, your feelings make sense, and where real, lasting healing can begin.
Our approach
Healing happens when the whole person is cared for: mind, body, and nervous system working together. At Harbor Health Collective, we guide clients toward safety, presence, and self-trust using a blend of evidence-based and body-centered approaches:
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
A compassionate approach that helps you understand the different “parts” of yourself: the protectors, the ones carrying old pain, and the calm, wise Self beneath it all. Through curiosity instead of pressure, IFS supports healing from the inside out and helps you build trust within your own inner system.
Somatic Therapy
Notice where stress, fear, and old patterns live in your body. Through grounding, breathwork, and mindful movement, we help your nervous system settle and your body feel safe.
EFT / Tapping
A gentle, rhythmic method that combines emotional awareness with tapping on key points. Helps release stuck emotions, calm the nervous system, and reduce overwhelm.
CBT & DBT
Practical, structured tools to challenge unhelpful thoughts, regulate emotions, and develop healthier coping patterns for life and relationships.
Couples & Co-Parenting Support
Communication strategies, trust-building, and co-parenting guidance to navigate relational and parenting challenges with clarity, safety, and mutual respect.
Together, these approaches help you reconnect with yourself, regulate your emotions, and strengthen your relationships all in a compassionate, steady, and empowering way.
“Trauma is not only an event that took place in the past, it is also the imprint left by that experience on the mind, brain and body”
